Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actor most famously known for her character Bo from the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was a native of Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, who was an actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met at an actor's' Workshop located in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple were married in the year 2009. They were married in Fredericton on April 10, the couple renewed their vows following her conversion to Judaism. Silk had a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of the month of May in 2016. Silk was nominated in 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus, in Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans her good news that she had become pregnant during the filming of Season 3 in an exclusive pre-show for Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase at the special Season Three show held January 6, 2013, prior to the premiere. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 that she is ready to resume work. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially declared the start of production for the fourth season. Her portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers with the same gender in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular TV Couples in the year 2013 by CNN (Cable News Network) and declared Top Television Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk is a popular show on social media.
